Went to the City Council Meeting last night at the West Central Community Center.  The Town Hall format allows the Neighborhood Councils and COPS Shops to give a review of the pasty year’s activities.  Great expression of the many committed people and thousands of volunteer hours all in the effort to make Spokane a better place.
